These rules help us reward genuine recommendations while keeping the program fair for everyone.
- You are an active HelpSite customer in good standing.
- The person you refer is a new customer, not you or someone on your company or team.
- The referred customer makes their first payment and stays active for 90 consecutive days.
- Qualified credits are normally issued within 30 days after that 90-day period.
HelpSite may modify, suspend, or end the program, review referrals for misuse, and withhold rewards that do not meet these requirements. Any applicable taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Any active HelpSite customer in good standing can participate. The program is designed for customers who want to recommend HelpSite to a friend, client, or colleague who is not already a HelpSite customer.
What makes a referral eligible for the $50 credit?
Your referral must use your personal link, become a new paying HelpSite customer, and remain active for 90 consecutive days. Self-referrals and referrals within the same company or team do not qualify.
When will the account credit appear?
Qualified referral credits are normally added to your HelpSite account within 30 days after the referred customer completes 90 consecutive days as an active paying customer.
Is there a limit to the number of referral credits I can earn?
There is currently no stated cap on qualified referrals. Each referral must independently meet the program requirements, and HelpSite may review activity to prevent abuse or misuse.
Is the referral program the same as the affiliate program?
No. The referral program gives existing HelpSite customers account credit. The affiliate program pays cash commission through Reditus and is intended for creators, consultants, agencies, and other partners who recommend HelpSite to an audience.
