Each month, we’ll bring you feature previews, platform tips, and updates to help you get more value out of HelpSite.

We’ve been hard at work building  to make your experience smoother, faster, and more flexible. Here's a look at what’s just launched and what’s coming!

What’s Just Launched

Here are the latest new features and improvements to enhance your HelpSite experience:

New Features

You can now duplicate any article with a single click — including its content, title, and settings. We added this to help you save time and maintain consistency when creating similar or repetitive help docs.

Made a change that didn’t work out? You can now reset your custom HTML layout back to the default version anytime. It’s a stress-free way to undo mistakes and get things back to normal in one click.

Fixes & Improvements

We’ve resolved a few minor bugs that came up after our recent redesign - all addressed now to keep things running smoothly!

  • Creating and updating categories is now smoother and error-free.
  • Billing, team, and two-factor authentication settings now load and work correctly.
  • 2FA login bug resolved.
  • The "View" button is back on the Edit Article Page.
  • Sub-sub folders are now visible in the article list.
  • Subcategories can now be reordered with drag-and-drop.
  • Bullet points now display properly in the Editor.

Article Versioning + Audit Trail

You asked, we listened! Track who changed what, when, and where across your articles. With version history and draft tracking, you’ll always know what’s changed and can roll back if needed.

Contact Form Embed (JavaScript Snippet)

Soon, you’ll be able to embed your HelpSite Contact Form using a lightweight JavaScript snippet, replacing the current iframe method. This makes it easier to style and integrate natively into your site.

Clone Your Site in a Click

Need a staging site or want to experiment without affecting your live version? You’ll soon be able to duplicate your entire HelpSite including logos, settings, and articles instantly.

Use Cases:

  • Create a white-labeled HelpSite for an individual client
  • Set up multilingual versions for international users
  • Build internal sandbox or staging versions for testing
  • Prepare seasonal or campaign-based site versions
